It was a joy to start my pilates journey here at XO Pilates. Every instructor we have met is very encouraging and careful to train and build us up. Each session brings out something new for me to discover and realize about my own body. The studio feels like a safe space to move, develop, and build. I was looking for a professional Pilates studio to support my golf and tennis, and I’m so happy I found XO. All the instructors are highly professional, and they even have licensed physical therapists on site. I took a few private sessions to address my tennis elbow, and it was amazing to have everything I needed in one place.

XO Pilates is my very first Pilates studio, and I couldn’t have chosen a better one. The instructors are excellent—very professional, knowledgeable, and supportive.
Alex is especially accommodating when it comes to scheduling and package extensions, which I truly appreciate. I’m currently pregnant, and I always leave each class feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of.
The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and never intimidating. It’s also child-friendly—I’ve brought my son once, and he was able to keep himself busy while I attended class.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and positive Pilates experience.

Very hands-on owner, you really feel she cares! The coaches are trained PTs! Super nice studio and I love the convenience and efficiency where I can drop off my kid for SG Math or other activities with the neighboring units in Southbend, so while he's learning mom's exercising.
