XO Pilates was the first studio I tried out when starting Pilates and I always find myself coming back here. The studio ambiance is relaxing, the instructors are always so friendly, and the variety of classes keeps it fun :) Highly recommend!

It was our first time trying XO pilates and we were pleased with the experience. We had a private group class where 4/6 of us tried pilates for the first time. The studio and reformers were clean and our instructor was attentive in giving corrections and tips. Booking our next class as we speak!

I’ve been with XO for 15 months now. It started as i needed a sustainable fix for my frozen shoulder but eventually evolved to being my sacred space to ensure that i am well, both physically and mentally. I look forward to my weekly visits and the coaches are vv capable. Surely in good hands with XO ✨

Over 2 years with XO and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! The group classes are small enough that instructors can still guide you properly, and they are awesome at challenging and motivating you. They have different Pilates equipment and different types of classes, including private. The studio is clean, bright with big windows, and welcoming. Customer service is great too :)
