Packages

All of our packages can be purchased online through https://book.xopilates.co/package. Start by browsing the available options and choosing the package that suits you best. Click “Buy Now” to set up your account, then provide the needed details and select your preferred payment method to finalize the purchase. Once the transaction is complete, download the Rezerv app to start booking your classes.

Yes! Your package is valid in both our Alabang and Cavite studios. When booking, simply filter by location and double-check that you’ve selected the correct branch before confirming your class. Easily book your classes through our online schedule here: https://book.xopilates.co/timetable

Our Family Pilates to Share Package is an exclusive option only at our studio. It may be shared by two or three people – PHP24,500 per person for 25 credits each when shared as a pair, or PHP16,600 per person for 17 credits each when shared as a trio. You are welcome to share the package with family or friends, and if you wish to share it with someone outside your circle, our team will be happy to help arrange it for you.

Payments

We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, GCash, and GrabPay.

We accept installments for transactions over ₱30,000, please contact us directly so we can assist you with the arrangement.

Our studios are open everyday, including weekends. Class Types

Yes, we do! Our private classes are open to everyone, but we especially recommend them for clients with specific medical conditions who need tailored sessions. Private classes are also great if you’d like to explore our specialized equipment, such as the Cadillac.

We also understand that some may feel shy or intimidated about joining a group class. If that’s you, don’t worry—we offer beginner-friendly group classes designed to help you feel comfortable as you get started. Here are some of the private class packages you can explore:

● One Private Class ₱2,000

– Includes 1 private class credit
– Applicable at both our Alabang and Dasma branches – Valid for 1 month from the date of your first booking

● 3 Private Classes ₱5,850

– Includes 3 private class credits
– Applicable at both our Alabang and Dasma branches – Valid for 40 month from the date of your first booking

● First Timer Promo (private class) ₱9,500
– Includes 5 private class credits
– Applicable at both our Alabang and Dasma branches – Valid for 1 month from the date of your first booking

At our Alabang branch, group classes are limited to 6 participants, while our Dasmariñas branch can accommodate up to 7 participants per class.

Yes, absolutely! You can book a private class exclusively for you and your friends. Pilates is not only a great workout—it’s also a fun and energizing way to spend time together. We offer packages designed for small groups, so you and your friends can enjoy the benefits of Pilates together. Here are some options you can explore:

● Friends Pilates (5-7 people) ₱6,500

– Includes 1 private class credit
– Applicable at both our Alabang and Dasma branches – Valid for 7 days from the date of your first booking

● Trio Private Class ₱4,200

– Includes 1 private class credit
– Applicable at both our Alabang and Dasma branches – Valid for 1 month from the date of your first booking

● Group of 4 Private Pilates

– Includes 1 private class credit
– Applicable at both our Alabang and Dasma branches – Valid for 1 month from the date of your first booking

Both classes are beginner-friendly, but Align & Define is led by a Physical Therapist and focuses on proper form, posture, and controlled movements at a slower pace. Reformer Flow is more dynamic and continuous, designed to build strength, coordination, and rhythm with a faster, energizing flow.

For Beginners

Absolutely! Pilates is for everyone — no matter your age, experience, or fitness level. Many of our members start as complete beginners, and our foundation classes are designed to guide you step by step so you feel confident and supported from the very first session.

To help you get started, we recommend at least 2 foundation sessions before moving into higher-level classes. We have available beginner-friendly packages so you can start at your own pace:

● 5 Classes for ₱5,000
– Includes 5 class credits
– Applicable at both our Alabang and Dasma branches – Valid for 1 month from the date of your first booking

● First Timer Promo (private class) ₱9,500

● Intro Pilates Bundle ₱7,200
– Includes 7 class credits

For beginners, we highly recommend starting your Pilates journey with our “Setting Foundations” classes. These sessions are designed to introduce you to the basics, help you get comfortable with the flow, and familiarize you with the equipment. After completing at least two Setting Foundations classes, your instructor will personally guide you on which class is best to take next, ensuring a smooth and safe progression.

 

Health and Accessibility

Yes, you can! We are currently launching our prenatal classes called “Mama’s Movement.” If you are in your first trimester, you may begin with a few private sessions to familiarize yourself with safe movement patterns before joining our group classes.

If you’re already doing Pilates in a group class during your first trimester, you may continue with group sessions throughout your second trimester, as our instructors will provide the necessary modifications to keep you safe and comfortable.

If you are starting Pilates for the first time during your second trimester, we recommend beginning with private sessions so that your instructor can tailor the program to your needs.

For the third trimester, we advise private classes only, to ensure maximum comfort, safety, and individualized support.

Yes. Pilates is especially helpful for people with back pain caused by long hours of sitting. It helps reduce pain and prevents further sprain by strengthening your core, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. Many of our clients with the same concerns have experienced lasting relief and improved mobility through regular practice.

Yes! Scoliosis is very common, and we always have clients with scoliosis in our group classes. Our instructors are trained to guide and support you safely, making sure you can move with confidence.

You’re welcome to join group sessions, and if you’d like more personalized attention, we also offer private classes tailored to your needs. Either way, Pilates is a great way to build strength, improve posture, and support your spine.

Not necessarily. Many of our clients with scoliosis join group classes and do really well. Our instructors know how to guide and adjust safely so you can participate with confidence.

Private sessions are a great option if you’d like more personalized attention or have a more complex condition, but they’re not required. We’ll happily chat with you to recommend the best option based on your comfort and goals.

Location and Facilities

XO Pilates Alabang is on the second floor of the Southbend Building, Daang Hari Road, Almanza Dos, Las Pinas, 1750. You can pin Southbend Building using Google Maps or Waze.

Our Dasma Branch is located on the 3rd floor of the 3J and E Centre Building, Promenade South, Molino – Paliparan Rd, Dasmariñas, Cavite. You can pin EJ and E Centre using Google Maps or Waze.

Yes, we have onsite parking available for both branches.

Class Details

Both of our group and private classes are 50 minutes long.

It is not necessary to bring your own mat, as the studio provides clean, high-quality mats for all sessions. However, clients are welcome to bring their personal mats should they prefer.

For comfort and safety, we recommend fitted activewear that allows free movement and helps your instructor check alignment. Grip socks are encouraged for stability and hygiene, and premium pairs are available for purchase at our studio.

For overall fitness and well-being, 2–3 sessions per week are recommended. If you are also doing other workouts, 1–2 sessions weekly can complement your routine. For specific goals, your instructor may suggest a personalized schedule.

Waitlist

Yes. If the class you’d like to join is already full, you can add yourself to the waiting list through our booking system.

When someone from the booked list cancels, the system will automatically notify by email or app notification and let the next person on the waiting list join the class.

Yes, you’ll be charged with 1 credit if you join the waiting list. However, it will be returned to you if you weren’t able to join the class.
