Was actually just invited by my friends but didn't expect to enjoy it! The instructors are nice and really guides you throughout the session. Still a newbie but I'm looking forward to getting better and stronger throughout the sessions

Place is well-ventilated. Equipments are 👌🏻. Instructors are so welcoming for beginners. Customer service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Never NOT challenged during a class! The attention of the trainers to support whatever physical status/level you are in and to correct everyone's form is the reason why I keep going back.

honestly, XO Pilates really helped me become more consistent with moving my body and taking care of myself. before, I would struggle to stay active, but now I actually look forward to classes every week!!!!

Ive noticed that my posture and flexibility improved, and I feel stronger and more energized overall. Aside from the physical changes, it also became a fun and safe space for me to unwind and de-stress. Everyone is super nice and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable even as a beginnerrr
