Hey there, Alex here.
Im looking for a sharp, smart person who thinks outside of the box. I have high standards and i expect a lot from the people working with me. You need to be a curious person on your nature and be able to learn new things. You have to know how to organize your own time and you have to be super organized and tidy person.
Important to know
– Full time
– Work from XO branches in Southbend (daanghari) and Cavite (dasma near vermosa), some days from home but need to be able to work from “office” which is the studio to greet people, to get to know the clients
– Must have good computer skills
– Must speak and write in English fluently with no grammer / spelling mistakes
– Sales daily – must be comfortable with sales this is a very big part of the job
– On days when you work from the studio you must make sure the studio is clean you might need to sweep the floor and the beds.
Other Tasks
- First and foremost you have to be able to do sales.
- Booking private classes and fixing schedule on the system i expect you to always optimise the schedule and make sure it is fixed in the best way possible for the instructors
- Making sure all privates are booked in the schedule
- Message clients that didn’t come for a long time
- Replying queries on Facebook business
- Some graphics
- Reply to phone queries
- Bonus if she can blog ( website content)
- Ask for reviews from clients
- Stay in touch with new clients – message every new client after the first class
- Pay bills
- Talk to suppliers / look for suppliers / gather quotes
- Help me with personal things (search for flights, book things, inquire, look for spaces), pay bills
- Offered salary – 20k + sales bonuses – thats why you need to feel very comfortable with sales
